Zero-Surveillance Privacy: Hailee never monitors individuals. Hailee generates insights from de-identified, aggregated Workgroup Digital Twins™. Hailee models roles (e.g., Inside Sales), never individual behavior.

Data Sovereignty: Twin data is used only for real-time reasoning and is never used to train or improve AI models. Hailee retains no memory of conversations.

Zero-Integration Traceability: Hailee requires no live data hooks. Every conclusion is traceable to modeled inputs and evidence that leaders can understand, explain, and defend in the boardroom.

Benchmark Contribution: Hailee saves de-identified raw composite values for use in updating shared benchmarks. No client information is stored with benchmarks. Benchmarks are single values updated automatically over time.

Advisory-Only Governance: As a constrained agent, Hailee observes and explains. Hailee does not act on systems, automate changes, or serve as a system of record. Hailee is your Strategic Advisor, elevating the evidence you need to protect the integrity of your most vital work.

11. AI Outputs, No Reliance, and No Duty to Correct
AI-generated responses, assessments, benchmarks, recommendations, insights, and other outputs may include errors, omissions, incorrect inferences, or missed nuance. You are solely responsible for evaluating any output before relying on it. No output is guaranteed to be accurate, complete, effective, current, or fit for any particular purpose, outcome, or decision. You assume all risk arising from any use of or reliance on any output. I have no obligation to verify, update, correct, or continue to provide any output, Website feature, or Service.

12. Suspension, Restriction, or Termination of Access
I may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Website or any Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected misuse, abuse, unlawful conduct, interference with the Website or Services, or violation of these Terms.
