The Digital Experience Simulator

Learn how Hailee works by playing with a simplified digital friction model.

DEXsim shows how workgroup experience becomes guidance to see why real diagnosis takes more than surveys.

DEXsim is a simplified mechanical model of the mathematics Hailee runs at full scale. DEXsim exposes only a small slice of the mathematics Hailee uses. The full model treats digital experience as a response surface across expectations, execution, and organizational value. The diagram shows that surface.

Most organizations spend months trying to understand why digital work slows down. Consultants run interviews, workshops, and surveys before they can even begin diagnosing the problem. Hailee performs the data collection and diagnostic modeling in under 48 hours.

This simulator gives a small taste of that process. Play with it to understand the basics. By setting minimum expectations, desired performance, and perceived performance, you can see how experience becomes measurable evidence.

Move the sliders, score the assessment, and watch how the math exposes where digital friction begins.

Hailee executes the diagnostic methodology from Completely Satisfied.
This diagram shows digital experience as a mathematical response surface. The model represents organizational value as a function of expectation alignment and execution momentum. When expectations and execution drift apart, friction grows. When they align, performance accelerates.

About DEXsim, the digital experience simulator.

Task Manager is a hypothetical application—think CRM, ERP, LMS, EHR, etc. It represents one of your business critical application used by teams. In this simulation, you rate Task Manager based on two expectations: Minimum (the lowest adequate level you can accept) and Desired (the level you believe Task Manager can and should deliver) performance. Then, rate your overall Task Manager experience (Perception).

For each statement below, select:
(a) your minimum performance level (first column),
(b) your desired performance level (second column), and
(c) your perception of Task Manager's performance (third column).
