Day 1-2: DEXscan — The Enterprise Application Assessment™ DEXscan creates a Human Digital Twin for one workgroup through live AI-guided diagnostic interviews that build and validate the twin in real-time. It benchmarks frontline reality, quantifies value leakage, identifies root causes, and delivers an executive briefing with prioritized remediation guidance. DEXscan is available as a standalone engagement and is the entry point to the full Hailee Sprint.
Day 3-4: DEXshop — The Enterprise Recovery Workshop™ DEXshop is a facilitated 2-day leadership workshop led by an expert practitioner, where Hailee is a core part of the process. Teams use Hailee throughout the workshop to turn DEXscan findings into an aligned recovery plan with clear priorities, owners, timelines, and success measures. Leaders also receive access to Hailee during and after the workshop to support continued planning and execution.
Following DEXshop: DEXLR8 — The Strategic Recovery Accelerator™ DEXLR8 provides 12 weekly 1:1 advisory sessions over 90 days to help the enterprise application leader execute the plan, stay on track, reduce risk, and prove improvement.
